Personal moral character
Moral norms are the result of the company's requirement to regulate actions and relations among its members, then have a social dimension. And the decision to follow the moral norms is an act of freedom and it is up to each of us to act or not act in a moral norm, and the disregard for moral norms is our responsibility, and each answer for it. And to evade compliance with the standards, the individual responsible to the society if it so requires, or at himself. Because every moral act requires the subject endowed with conscience, hence the moral to have a personal, having to do with the way we relate to within the norms of society, and to accept them as good or bad by a personal process rational and free decision called conscience. Which is a kind of court that allows to distinguish good from evil and evaluating my actions compensating or punishing by pleasant feelings and satisfaction or shame and satisfaction or shame and remorse.
